You can't change the past but you can change the future and not make the same mistake again..wise words from a friend that I needed to hear. I tend to dwell on the past and why I did something or what was I thinking and I need to not do that. Yes I made a mistake and regret it but I can't change it at all so embrace it and learn the lesson from the mistake. I need to think this way more and not beat myself up over the past.
